The FAA has completely shut down flights to and from the airport in El Paso, Texas, without any notice, citing unspecified security reasons. The order is in effect for 10 days until Feb. 20 and includes all commercial, cargo and general aviation flights. NBC’s Tom Costello reports for TODAY.
