A federal judge has ordered Rudy Giuliani to turn over his personal assets to Georgia election workers Ruby Freeman and Wandrea “Shaye” Moss within seven days. Giuliani was previously ordered to pay $148 million in damages for defaming them after the 2020 election. Due to financial troubles and a bankruptcy filing, Giuliani must now surrender assets including his NYC apartment, cash, a car, and other valuables. The judge also allowed Freeman and Moss to pursue $2 million owed to Giuliani by Trump and the RNC. Giuliani’s request to delay the turnover was denied.
